Project description, objectives:
We currently provide software, hardware, IT engineering, managed services, and consulting in cybersecurity and business continuity. With the growth of cloud services, we want to evaluate and launch new services that build on our current strengths and offer customers a strong vision for adopting innovative new technology solutions as a service. The service should be a recurring revenue model.
We would like to have an analysis of cloud computing adoption in Chile, an analysis of global trends in cybersecurity, and operational continuity. We would also need to understand the competitive landscape and to identify market gaps and opportunities in Chile. The final report should present a potential new service, with details on the suggested business model, and accompanying marketing plan.
We would love if the team could look at a more general business growth strategy.
