Project description, objectives:
Zeetech TICS has developed PAJE, the Judicial Electronic Administration Platform, a 100% digital, modular, and AI-based system designed to transform judicial processes through automation, transparency, and data-driven decision-making. PAJE enables courts to manage the entire judicial process —from the electronic filing of a lawsuit to the final judgment issuance— in a secure digital environment that complies with the Mexican National Code of Civil and Family Procedures (CNPCyF).
In addition, Zeefirma, Zeetech’s Advanced Electronic Signature System, complements PAJE by providing a sovereign, auditable, and cryptographically traceable e-signature solution that ensures the legal validity of electronic acts.
Our challenge is to scale and adapt both systems internationally, identifying market entry paths in Latin America and Europe that align with each region’s judicial and data protection frameworks. We seek the MBA team’s expertise to help us design a global expansion strategy that integrates market analysis, regulatory compliance, partnership mapping, and business scalability models.
Zeetech aims to position PAJE and Zeefirma as flagship solutions for judicial digitalization in emerging and mature legal systems across LATAM and Europe.
The MBA project will support Zeetech in:
o Building a go-to-market strategy and regulatory roadmap.
o Developing alliances with public institutions, technology partners, and judicial bodies.
o Establishing a scalable operational model that balances legal compliance, security, and profitability.
Project purpose
The purpose of this collaboration is to strengthen Zeetech’s international presence as a Latin American pioneer in AI for justice.
By expanding PAJE and Zeefirma across Colombia, Chile, Guatemala, Honduras, and key European markets, the company seeks to:
· Accelerate judicial digital transformation and reduce case resolution times through automation.
· Promote data sovereignty and ethical AI in judicial systems.
· Foster interoperability and transparency in government processes.
· Position Mexico as a regional hub for AI-driven legal innovation.
The expected outcome is a scalable expansion plan supported by academic research, cross-border regulatory insight, and strategic recommendations.
Deliverables:
The MBA team will focus on developing a strategic and regulatory roadmap for Zeetech’s global expansion, encompassing the following areas:
